18 years ago, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Avascular Necrosis (AVN) in my right femur โ€” a painful degenerative condition where the bone tissue essentially dies. I was in excruciating pain. Most doctors recommended an immediate hip replacement – at age 34!!!

Then I met Dr. Sanjay Agarwala, who offered his pathbreaking, non-invasive treatment plan. Despite being a renowned surgeon, he assured me we will avoid surgery – at least until his retirement. That promise gave me hope & strength.

I remain eternally grateful to Dr. Agarwala, one the best orthopaedic surgeons in India and also a wonderful person – humble in his success & happy with this patientsโ€™ recovery.

Today, my X-ray still says I shouldnโ€™t be walking. But I walk 10,000 steps a day (my all-time high record is 30,000 steps , I do weight training & yoga and lead a normal life.

AND hereโ€™s a story –ย
(taken from Shiv Kheraโ€™s iconic book โ€œYou Can Winโ€)

Scientifically, a bumblebee’s body is too heavy and its wings too small for it to fly, yet it flies anyway because it doesn’t know its limitations.

My mind also refused to accept the limitations & body acceded.

If youโ€™re suffering from AVN, Iโ€™m here to help. If I can do it, so can you.
